A beautiful cover by R.H. looks as if it was designed before anyone knew what any of the stories in this issue would be. Alas, none of the stories feature stabbing by cutlass, red devils, or drownings. Even Heath's main image of the man(monk?) being attacked by the compelling yet semi-ludicrous skeleton with bat-wings does not appear in the actual story! Fortunately, every story under the cover is very well done with the usual twist endings that make this issue another Atlas era classic!. - Michael Wurl.
