Stories

Notes: Inside front cover.
Notes: Signed "A Simon - Kirby Production" and Joe and Jack are there as well as other shop artists, probably Al Avison among them. I only really see strong Kirby on the splash page. Page 4, panel 3 looks like a Syd Shores Steve Rogers face to me. Overall, looks like a real Simon and Kirby shop job. - Doc V.

Kirby inks the splash and full page illo. - Greg Theakson.
Notes: Ad for Captain America Comics and Marvel Mystery Comics.
Notes: Signed by Bill Everett and looks to be mostly his work except for some panels that are not. The sailor on page 5, panel 3 was "not" drawn by Bill Everett. Then look at the girl who rescues namor on page 9. The girl in the last 2 panels were drawn (or inked) by Everett. On page 10 in the first 2 panels she starts to look less Everett-ish and by page 11, panel 7 she is "not" by Everett again. - Doc V.
Notes: Inside back cover. Ad for Captain America's Sentinels of Liberty fan club.
