ohn Belfi was an American artist of the Golden Age. He was a staff artist at Quality and he did several war titles at DC, as well as comics for Fawcett. In 1949 and 1950 he assisted Mike Roy on 'The Saint'. He was also an art teacher. In the early 1950s, he did the newspaper strip 'Straight Arrow' in cooperation with Joe Certa and on texts by Gardner Fox.
